Regional Sales Manager -Australia

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own and develop the Australia territory, with experience in the network monitoring / network management / network security space. More specifically, the ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with positioning and selling network monitoring analyzer tools, and/or network security tools for the telecom, enterprise, and government markets. The position involves building and managing strategic relationships with channel partnerships, and taking a proactive approach in driving the company’s growth. This is a full time opportunity with one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in the Bay Area.

Description of Duties:

- Identify and develop new key strategic partner relationships and alliances in the assigned target region.

- Develop mid to executive level relationships with key partners and customers, ensuring revenue, market share, and growth objectives are met.

- Manage ongoing relationships with channel partners and customers; including the planning of sales and product/sales training, administering customer presentations, managing partner/customer contract agreements

- Manage and maintain partner retention, growth, and end user satisfaction.

- Create an accurate sales forecast/program based on information gathered from channel partners and customers.

- Effectively manage the territory market to avoid channel conflicts.

- Communicate and train partners on new products and features.


Required Experience, Skills & Education:

- University degree with minimum of 5+ years of Business Development and Channel Management experience.

- Technical knowledge and experience in Network Monitoring, Network Management, and/or Network Security tools.

- Demonstrated ability to sell and close business deals.

- Experience with building strategic relationships with all levels within an organization, including the top executives.

- Strong communication (written and verbal) presentation and organizational skills.

- Some travel will be required.

- Must be located in Australia
