Job Title: Calibration Engineer
Ref: NMT/R/CE
Job Description
Ensure availability of required gauges instruments prior to production run.
Generate metric trend unscheduled equipment or tooling activities
Track and trend calibration results
Prepare equipment for shipment when external calibration activities are required
Enter information into the calibration database for machine records arid assign equipment number
Requirements
OND Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience of handling gauges &, instruments, as well as Calibration from ISO 9001:2008 Certified engineering firm or related industry.
Exposure to system documentatnon in any of the following, 5S, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, CAPA, 8D, &70C TOOLS, PPAP, Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and Calibration will be preferred.
