Job Title: Training School Manager
Ref: NMT/O/M
Job Description
Successful candidates will be responsible for the execution of training and man power development of the organisation.
He is to source, facilitate and execute training of external clients.
Develop and organize in-depth technical training for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with products development, operations, and products management to Obtain information required to develop training materials on all aspects of products
Develop training contents, outlines, and agendas tailored to trainees specific needs
Deliver Training programs/modules based on training plan Requirements and according to clients drive and schedule
Support development of e-learning solutions
Requirements
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with at least 12 years cognate experience in Machine/Implement & General Technical Training.
Experience in Manufacturing Environment is important.
Higher qualification and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
Understanding of production process is a neccesity.
