Roles and responsibilities
Oversee and carryout Verification Processes and Hardware Barrier Assessment program in SPDC.
Facilitate / Participate in Verification and Hardware Barrier Assessment activities.
Development Communication Plan
Serve as technical advisors to the Assets/Districts
Act as trouble shooters to identify and remove barriers and obstacles that could impede progress
Train and facilitate the HBA/RCA process in Asset /District Teams/TAs
Assist with implementing and tracking Maintenance and Integrity KPIs
Utilise Effectively the M&I Dashboard to monitor KPIs and Compliance Figures.
Participate actively in OE Reviews both internal and external.
Qualification and Experience
Technical graduate with 5+ years experience in the oil and gas industry
Work experience 5 -7 years experience
Proven understanding of maintenance management systems and asset integrity process safety management processes.
Completion of comprehensive Change Agent academy training.
Proven change capacity, catalyst for change and ability to drive and embed new ways of working to deliver business improvement gains.
Proven Skills in Leadership Role.
