Job Title: In process Inspection Engineer (Foundry)

Job Description
Ensure reduction in rejection percentage by Quality Control at irs process stage arid final inspection stage
Ensure foundry products comply with all associated quality procedures, control plans arid quality management system Requirements
Perform first place inspections to approve manufacturing setups Maintain quality traceability information for foundry products
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering with 5 years experience of In process, Sample Inspection & Layout Inspection, PDIR, Dock Audit process monitoring & Control front ISO 9001:20DB Certified engineering firm or similar industry.
Exposure to Final inspection PDIR, Dock Audit maintaining system records documentation and related processes to the tollowing: 55, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, CAPA. and 7QC TOOLS will be preferred
