Job Title: Engineer (M/Shop & Surface Treatment)

Ref: NMT/R/IPIE/TAF

Job Description

• Responsible for process control to reduce rejection at final stage.
• Schedule and perform all inspections and testing for the manufacturing shop and surface treatment plant products
• Work with manufacturing engineers and machinists to correct any dimensional issues found during inspection
• Inspect machine part using combination of instruments including handhold instrument like micrometers, callipers thread gauges etc

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience of In process, Sample Inspection & Layout Inspection, process monitoring & Control machine shop from ISO 900I:2DOB Certified engineering in a similar industry.
• Exposure to Conventional Machining CNC VMC Machining, Zinc Plating, Galvanising knowledge maintaining system records documentation, and related processes to the following, 56 KAIZEN POKAYOKE CAPA, 700 TOOLS PFMEA, Control Plan SPC ,MSA, PPAP will be preferred.
